首先使用提供的 DragablzItemsControl.ItemTemplate XAML 重现问题，将项目模板内的 Button 与控件外部正常工作的按钮进行比较。跟踪可拖动项目内部如何处理调用命令的元素；当 New 按钮和其他命令元素可以在项目模板内点击时，即表示完成。

When adding a Button inside the itemtemplate, it is not clickable. The same happens to other command invoking elements.
