I'd like to migrate some repos to their own dedicated orgs, to separate concerns more.
SunshineStream:

koko-stream: (needs a better org name)

Themerr:
- Themerr
- ThemerrDB
Issues to be concerned with:

- renovate
- sonar
- codecov
- readthedocs
- cla assistant
- semantic PR checker

need a custom global replicator that replicates:
- files
- org settings
- selected secrets

ensure project sites (gh-pages) will still work under the top level domain as subprojects like they do today
