Add Support for Bizhawk's comm module

首先定位 comm 模块以及解析传入命令的代码。跟踪现有命令格式的读取方式，然后验证是否接受类似 12 starttimer\r\n 的字节数前缀，同时命令和行尾仍然可用。当 Bizhawk 的带前缀消息能够通过该模块工作时，即视为完成。

描述
As it is, Bizhawk prepends every command with the number of bytes of the sent message; i.e. sending "starttimer\r\n" actually sends 12 starttimer\r\n. It would be helpful if this module could accept this format, especially since I imagine interacting with Bizhawk is a common use case for this module.
