首先检查现有的 transformer 以及基本形状的处理方式。比较上下文菜单和属性面板作为可能的入口点，然后确定通用 wrapper 如何在不针对每种形状单独实现的情况下支持旋转和翻转。对于选定的基本形状，方案达成一致且稳定即视为完成。

描述
It would be nice to provide an option to rotate a given shape or flip it.
Right now this could be accomplished using the transformer, but we had to disabled it since the rotate functionallity was buggy (not stable in our shapes).
So we need here first some brainstorming, my two cents:
- We could add an option in the context menu.
- We could add them on the properties panel (like the z-index thingie)
Another challenge we have to find a way that makes this generic (no need to be implemented on every shape, maybe let's start only with the basic shapes (the rest are not that important, and have an additional challenge resizing limitations and inline edition).
Maybe we could add a generic control that just adds a wrapper and applies a rotate transform on the shape?
