[FR] make it possible to open LeanType (options) without having it enabled

首先阅读引导用户启用键盘的引导流程，以及 LeanType 在不是默认输入法时打开所使用的应用入口。让用户之后再次打开时可以访问选项，而不必强制执行启用步骤，并考虑在引导屏幕上添加跳过按钮。完成标准是用户无需更改默认键盘即可再次访问选项；issue 未指定文件或测试。

I would like to check/tweak all the options of the application without having it enabled as the default input method
Describe the solution you'd like
After first setup (guiding to enable the keyboard) subsequent opening of the app even if it's not the default should not fallback to forcing user to enable it.
Ideally there should also be a "skip" button on that onbarding screen…
Use case
I often eavaluate other keyboards (currently using HeliBoard) and while LeanType seems interesting I didn't have much time to go over (many!) of its option... right now I have it roughtly set-up but not to my liking to have it as a daily driver.
I would love to go over all the options on my own time while not being forced to constantly go to and from preferred (so far) HeliBoard because it forces me to go to the OS options which is a chore.
