Description of the bug
LeanType is seen inserting an unwanted space before the typed character while using %cursor% in Text Expander shortcuts.
This seems to be a LeanType Beta 4.2.9 Text Expander/cursor-handling bug, not a mistake in the shortcut templates. Happens in ChatGPT, Markor, MiXplorer and WhatsApp.
To Reproduce
- In Text Expander, create shortcut zzx.
- Set its expansion to exactly AB%cursor%CD — no spaces anywhere.
- Trigger the expansion in Markor.
- Type x.
Expected behavior
The official LeanType repository documents %cursor% as placing the cursor at the specified position. So,
- Expected result: ABxCD.
- Obtained result: AB xCD.
