The stream-creation form in the dashboard settings tab wraps inputs inside <label> tags but never gives the inputs an id or uses htmlFor, so nothing is programmatically associated for assistive tech.
In frontend/src/components/dashboard/dashboard-view.tsx:

<input ... aria-label="Template name" />has only anaria-label, no visible label - Lines 922-934: Recipient Address, Token, Total Amount, Starts At, Ends At, Cadence (seconds), and Note all use
<label>Text<input/></label>with no ids
The visual wrapping helps in practice, but it's brittle (older screen readers may miss it) and there are no ids for anchor links or tests to target.
What the fix has to hold to
- Every control gets an
id - Pick one labeling pattern (wrapping
<label>orhtmlForon a sibling) and use it consistently - No visual change
Done when
- Every input/textarea/select in this form has an
id - Labels are consistently associated across the form
- No visual change; lint + CI green
Where to start
frontend/src/components/dashboard/dashboard-view.tsx lines 879 and 922-934. Restyling is out of scope. Small accessibility pass.
