Description:
Existing notification tests mock the browser push helpers and never execute public/sw.js. Push parsing, waitUntil lifetimes, window reuse and openWindow behavior can regress without a failing test.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Execute the actual service-worker script in a worker harness and test valid JSON, malformed JSON/text and missing push payloads.
- Test notification clicks with an existing window and with no window, asserting close/navigation/openWindow and event.waitUntil behavior.
Notes:
Searched tests: none execute public/sw.js; frontend notification tests mock subscribe/unsubscribe helpers.
