描述
Problem
The audit trail's line formats (evaluations, signatures, stamps) are persisted for the life of a project and now read over the wire too (#308). A change to a line's shape is caught only if a test happens to cover it.
What it adds
- A generated catalog of every persisted line type: its normalized type and a SHA-256 digest, with a machine-readable inventory, checked in.
- CI regenerates it and fails on a digest change without a committed change record naming the format decision (compatible addition, or a new format version with its reading rule).
- A format-status record kept apart: the format the code writes, the last accepted compatibility baseline, and the last format released; a format that shipped in any release, a pre-release included, carries compatibility obligations.
Acceptance
- Changing a member of any trail line without a change record fails CI; the status record is checked against the writer constant.
