Start by locating where the program adds itself to the Windows startup list and where user options are defined. Determine how an opt-out control or acknowledgement should fit the existing interface, then verify that the program no longer adds itself to startup when disabled.

Currently the program forces itself into the startup list every time it runs, with no button to disable that (or even an aknowledgement that it was added to startup)
This is very intrusive and I am forced to remember to open Autoruns after every use to remove it from the list
I see no reason to force this, especially given the portable nature of the executable
