[Drill Demon] [Suggestion] Ignore other event VarbitChanged when inside Drill Demon event

Similar to #40, it seems that when the exercise updates for the Drill Demon random event, it also fires changes for the Prison Pete and Capt' Arnav's Chest random event Varbits.
