描述
The pre-commit GitHub App already updates all the hooks for this repo, but the hooks in the template itself aren't updated. This is a bit unfortunate; we don't want to give users out of date (possibly broken) hooks.
It shouldn't be hard to write a simple GitHub workflow to automatically update this file.
