描述
Found while verifying the docs (project-documentation, task 6.1).
poetry run python tools/update-owlet-manifest.py --help doesn't print usage. It ignores its arguments, fetches CTRE's redist index, and starts downloading every owlet binary to hash it, then rewrites src/flashpoint/readers/owlet-manifest.toml.
Expected: an argument parser, so --help prints the usage and an unknown argument is an error. fetch-corpus.py already does this.
