The current implementation of the UpdateFilter parameter is intended to only check for update packages that are provided with that filter.
I would like to propose an option to have a ExcludedUpdatesFilter parameter, that can be used to ignore specific updates, like "Driver from comapny xyz"
Another option (w|c)ould be, to ignore updates from a whole category (rollups, other, security,...) via a list parameter or a specific Ignore<Category> parameter for each category.
AS we currently use the check twice, one general update check and one for only security updates, both features would come in handy on the general update check.
