从 issue #62 开始，检查针对 HRPD-X，所列 PV 目前在 ISISICP/ISISDAE 与 INSTETC 中分别是如何定义的。确认哪些运行元数据 PV 应归属于 INSTETC，确定 autosave 的要求，并验证移动后数据采集仍能接收到预期的元数据。

I would like it to be easier to add new software to control data acquisition hardware in the future.
As such we should move some PVs from the ISISICP/ISISDAE to INSTETC such as:
RBNUMBER
TITLE
_USERNAME
(any others?)
these probably all want to be autosaved.
this will need to be done for HRPD-X.
