submissions.saveDraft stores teamId at write time (submissions.ts:279). After joining, findOwnedSubmission prefers the team row and the solo draft is stranded, but trackEntryCounts (tracks.ts:119-133) still counts it toward MAX_TEAMS_PER_TRACK.
