Start from the Service model (note tags is a relation, not a column) and trace where each listed field is serialized into the services API response, then find where those fields render in the UI. Work item is per-field: remove it from the UI, tag it deprecated in the API documentation, and keep it returned in v1 responses. Done means all seven fields are gone from the UI, marked deprecated in the docs, and the existing API tests still pass.

Fields to deprecate
Deprecated fields will be removed from the UI and tagged as deprecated in the API documentation. To avoid breaking changes, they will still be returned in v1 of the API.
