描述
I want to suggest adding a -d CLI flag which (initially) dumps the effective flags.
This should reflect the final setting, after evaluating .gitignore, CLI arguments and anything else.
In my case, I am unsure if my max_line_length of 120 is picked up or not but can not verify as the tool does not show what it is working with currently.
Future:
In the future this could be enhanced to a full fledged debug mode flag, which would print more diagnostic data and reasoning why lines are altered.
