Start in the desktop app's ACP driver configuration and session-startup flow, focusing on how npx-based external agents are installed or updated and where the 60-second timeout is applied. The change is complete when configuration installation/version updates are separate from session startup, so starting an ACP session does not trigger an update and failures remain understandable through the existing notifications.

通过acp接入外部agent的会话时，配置使用npx ....
当acp协议需要更新时，启动会话60s超时则将导致创建外部会话失败。由于acp会话没有UI提示，只有通知中心的启动和结果提醒，大多数情况摸不着头脑不知道为什么没反应

建议区分 acp驱动配置(安装)和会话启动，会话启动时不进行版本更新
