MCP+ lets AI assistants (Claude Code and other MCP clients) work in a live FreeCAD session, with CAM tools. Built on an existing MIT-licensed MCP server, with credits in the README and LICENSE. The bridge listens on localhost only and requires a per-user token by default; the README's "Security and your data" section says what gets sent to the AI provider. FreeCAD 1.1+. Works on Linux, Windows and macOS, except the mouse/keyboard helpers, which need X11.
