Feature description
On the stock dialer I have an option to restrict my identity in Settings > Calls > Additional Settings > Caller ID (Network Default / Hide number / Show number)
Why do you want this feature?
I must go back to the stock dialer to place hidden caller ID calls.
Additional information
(Noob) I debugged com.android.phone (tried IMS related pid's but they were quiet) and got this each time I toggled the 3 settings.
