Steps to reproduce the bug
- call person A
- Person A receives the call, then add to call Person B
- Person A on hold, Person B receives the call
- Merge the call
- The call disconnects
Expected behavior
- call person A
- Person A receives the call, then add to call Person B
- Person A on hold, Person B receives the call
- Merge the call
- The call connects and turns to a conference call where 3 or more person's can talk simultaneously
Actual behavior
I expected the call to initiate in a conference call, where myself, person A and B could talk simultaneously, but instead the call is getting disconnected.

Additional information
The device is not rooted.
I have tested conference calls on other dialer like google dialer from google, Odialer from Oppo, and Koler (another foss dialer in github/izzyondroid)
