The error text appears only in a screenshot, so first reproduce it on Android 12 with a custom MP3 set as the alarm sound and read the full message. The payload names no files; start from the code that plays alarm sounds and handles the URI permission for the chosen file. Done means the alarm sounds from a custom MP3 after a restart on Android 12, with a test or manual check recorded. Expect the maintainers to need a fresh reproduction, since the thread has been silent for about 600 days.
