首先定位 node 的实现以及它当前如何连接到 OpenAI，然后检查 @azure/openai 包及其配置要求。当同一个 Node-RED 节点允许用户在 OpenAI 和 Azure OpenAI 之间进行选择，并且能够使用所选 provider 正常工作时，即视为完成。

由索引模型根据 Issue 内容生成。
