Current Behavior
The forge app binds to 0.0.0.0 by default so doesn't answer the startup or readiness probes on install.
(will probably need to fix the file server as well)
Expected Behavior
forge app should bind to :: if IPv6 only
need to check if binding to :: will work on a IPv4 only network

Build IPv6 only cluster and try and install helm chart
