The new coming PRs such as #14 don't run travis CI.

Two problems there are:

.travis.yml is using my personal account, but this project is belonging to an organization.
travis-ci.org is ceased. Copy from travis-ci.org.

Since June 15th, 2021, the building on travis-ci.org is ceased. Please use travis-ci.com from now on.

It is time to use github action.
