描述
ListBackups with TableName set to the table's ARN (arn:aws:dynamodb:us-east-1:<account>:table/<name>) answers 200 on the service with the same backups the table name returns. Measured on 2026-10-28 in us-east-1 against a table with two backups, by name and by ARN, two repetitions each: identical BackupSummaries.
ExtendDB at abf8082f refuses the ARN form. The handler comment at crates/engine/src/backup.rs:527-529 says the service's behaviour for this input was not measured; it now is. CreateBackup already resolves the ARN form through create_backup_table_name (crates/engine/src/backup.rs:258-280), so ListBackups can take the same resolution. docs/differences-from-dynamodb.md does not list the refusal, so until the fix lands the row belongs there.
