首先定位 /isbanned 命令的实现，并将其当前输出与 banhammer 插件在游戏中的封禁原因显示进行比较。当 /isbanned 在游戏中显示相关封禁原因时，工作即完成；该 issue 未指定任何文件或测试，因此需要探索代码仓库。

I know there is a /isbanned command, but as most other plugins there is no way to show the reason ingame.
The Plugin banhammer does that nicely.
