Test test_pay_remember_hint is explicitly tuned to run with legacy pay https://github.com/ElementsProject/lightning/blob/381c086e76ae9da6ee042ea5c2c8cc8dccebec33/tests/test_pay.py#L6220
With xpay-handle-pay=True it fails.
This needs investigating, for either this test is unique to legacy pay or there is a bug in xpay.
