Every export in effect/persistence/CircuitBreaker is tagged @since 4.0.6, but the module first shipped in 4.0.7. The published [email protected] tarball has no persistence/CircuitBreaker file; [email protected] does. The module landed in #9646.
The tags on main still read 4.0.6, so the generated docs tell readers it is available one version before it is.
