The issue asks for a new onboarding page in the docs site. The existing Partners page at /docs/90_partners/ is the closest reference for layout and for linking to other pages. Start by reading that page to see how the docs are organised, then add an onboarding page with the five listed steps. Done means the page exists, is reachable from the site navigation, and gives the steps in order. Some steps depend on maintainers, so check with the project before publishing.
