The bug is in the tab strips of the Installation options panel (five tabs) and the Operation history page (two tabs), which screen readers announce by Avalonia control class names. Reproduce with a screen reader or an accessibility inspector, then check which accessible name each tab exposes. The issue already has an open pull request (#5656), so read that first and coordinate before starting any change.

In UniGetUI 2026.3.3, the tab headers in Installation options and Operation history do not expose their visible labels to screen readers.
Instead, screen readers announces internal Avalonia control class names.
This makes it difficult to determine which tab is currently selected, even though the tabs themselves can be operated using the keyboard.

Steps to reproduce the issue
Installation options
1.
- Launch UniGetUI 2026.3.3 with screen reader running.
- Open the details of any package.
- Expand Installation options.
- Disable "Follow the default options" to enable the custom installation settings.
- Move keyboard focus to the tab strip.
- Press Left and Right Arrow to navigate between the five tabs.
Operation history
- Open Operation history.
- Navigate to the History and Log tabs using the keyboard.
