Start in lib/screens/sessions/session_form.dart, which the prerequisite issue #83 is expected to create, and look at lib/screens/home_screen.dart for the existing pattern. Add showDatePicker and showTimePicker for start and end, store the result in the draft, and call validateSessionTimes(draft, now()) with an injectable now function. Done means the example 09:00–10:00 displays correctly, a reversed range shows an error, and flutter test test/screens/sessions/session_form_dp_s03_2_test.dart and flutter analyze both pass. Wait for #83 to merge first, since this builds on its file.

描述
What to build
Add date and time controls for the meeting’s start and end. Keep the chosen local times visible and show an error for a reversed or otherwise invalid range.

Steps
- Use showDatePicker/showTimePicker to choose local date/time and construct DateTime(year,month,day,hour,minute).
- Save the new date/time in the draft and run
validateSessionTimes(draft, now()). Add optionalDateTime Function()? nowto the form, defaulting toDateTime.now; tests pass a function returning a fixed future-check reference time. - Keep UTC conversion at storage serialization using toUtc().toIso8601String, not double timezone conversion.
Example
Local09:00–10:00 stays displayed as that local interval; reversed endpoints show validation error.

In test/screens/sessions/session_form_dp_s03_2_test.dart, check the example above and the failure or limit described in the steps. Run flutter test test/screens/sessions/session_form_dp_s03_2_test.dart and flutter analyze.
