Start in lib/screens/retry_screen.dart and find where the existing network-retry message is rendered, then locate the feature/auth error mapping that yields account_restricted and reporter_not_allowed. Read issue #121 first, since it is listed as a prerequisite. Done means a restricted account sees Retry and Sign out with no moderation details, a network failure keeps its current message, and flutter test test/screens/retry_screen_dp_r07_2_test.dart and flutter analyze pass.

What to build
Show a safe recovery screen when account restrictions prevent an action. Offer Retry and Sign out without exposing moderation details or promising that data deletion removes the restriction.

- Map account_restricted/reporter_not_allowed to account restriction text at the feature/auth error limit.
- Render Account actions are unavailable right now. with Sign out/Retry callbacks; never say deleting data lifts restriction.
- Keep raw server exception and moderation details out of UI.
Example
A restricted account sees Retry and Sign out; a normal network failure still uses the existing network-retry message.

In test/screens/retry_screen_dp_r07_2_test.dart, check the example above and the failure or limit described in the steps. Run flutter test test/screens/retry_screen_dp_r07_2_test.dart and flutter analyze.
