Start in lib/widgets/report_form.dart, which the prerequisite issue #113 must have built first, and add a waiting flag around the awaited send call that disables the submit control. Use the reportErrorMessage wording referenced in supabase/functions/_shared/moderation/messages.ts for the error path, keeping the selected reason and description intact. Done when test/widgets/report_form_dp_r02_2_test.dart passes with flutter test and flutter analyze is clean.

What to build
Connect the report form to sending, waiting and result messages. Prevent repeated submissions while waiting and keep the selected reason and explanation after a failure.

Steps
- Set a waiting flag before awaiting send callback and disable repeat submit.
- Fulfilled receipt shows Report received. and closes/allows closing; error uses reportErrorMessage and preserves reason/description.
- Clear pending only when the screen is still open; do not optimistically claim moderation success.
Example
One pending tap → one call;502retains text;201acknowledges receipt.

In test/widgets/report_form_dp_r02_2_test.dart, check the example above and the failure or limit described in the steps. Run flutter test test/widgets/report_form_dp_r02_2_test.dart and flutter analyze.
