Start with the prerequisite #874, which must be finished first, and the example in docs/guides/testing.md. Add a journey section to docs/operations/acceptance.md, which #874 is expected to create or extend, and run the supplied import, export and sharing inputs on fake data. What to build
Record the completed import, export and sharing journeys. Follow the agreed examples, save the observed results and create a focused follow-up for each failure.

Steps
- Add a section for the journey described above in the listed document. Follow the completed feature issues’ examples and their supplied test inputs.
- Record the action, expected result, observed result, pass/fail and a link to the test or screenshot. Use the approved test environment for live checks.
- Link one focused follow-up issue for each failure. Keep the evidence even when a later check passes.
Example
Run supplied portable-plan/share journeys on fake data and record evidence links; unresolved failures become small bug issues.
Check it works
Record the expected and observed result in the named document, with source links and any follow-up issues.
