Feature request.
Command to spin the wheel, configure the settings from the web site. Allow multiple wheels.

Needs to charge tokens to spin the wheel.
Needs to be enabled and disabled by wheel.
Should work with or without the overlay by showing the result in chat in addition to showing a spinning wheel.
