- Add pull to refresh on the instances list screen: refresh all instances. Currently pull to refresh works on a location details screen (list of locations).
- Also add a refresh action to the 3 dot menu in the instance details screen.
- Refresh available only for instances with active license.
- Pull to refresh on the instances list refreshes only instances with an active license.
