Description
Since we can't just remove the default route for IPv6 we should explore what tools are available on Windows to block IPv6 in a way which returns an error immediately instead of blackholing the traffic and giving timeouts.
For reference on Linux there's: https://docs.rs/netlink-packet-route/0.30.0/netlink_packet_route/route/enum.RouteType.html#variant.Unreachable
