描述
We shipped a reusable Action (tools/x402-scan/action.yml) but nothing exercises it in CI. Add a workflow that runs the action in a passing configuration so a green check proves it works and shows a real usage example.
- A job that installs a safe/guarded client (or uses
min-grade: Fagainst@x402/fetch) so the step passes, and checks the grade shows in the job summary. - Keep it separate from the publish/test jobs; no payments, no secrets.
Acceptance: the workflow is green on main and doubles as copy-paste documentation for adopters.
