The issue does not name files, so start by reading the existing format conversions in the repository to see how code.json fields map to the other formats, and read the transferred thread at DSACMS/gov-codejson#4 for context. Confirm with maintainers whether the work is one-way (code.json to publiccode.yml) or bidirectional, since the package description says it converts both ways. Done means a publiccode.yml conversion that is covered by tests and documented.
