描述
The master branch does not work out of the box on ubuntu 24.04 unless you install libnsl:
sudo apt install libnsl2
It would be convenient to bundle this file in our published wheel, perhaps with help of auditwheel as suggested in #45 . However, libnsl is LGPL and it's unclear if there are implications for including it in a bundled release.
Could we explore ways to resolve this?
- Maybe it's a non-issue to bundle it?
- Maybe we can trim down the bundled shared libraries to what's absolutely essential
