Start by reproducing the issue in Chromium with the reported GFM table and checklist, saving through the review card; compare with the earlier unpadded-table case. Trace how saved Markdown is loaded into the visual editor and identify which syntax causes the source-mode warning. 描述
A page created by a Dot through the review card opened with "This document contains images, HTML, or formatting that needs Markdown source mode. Nothing has been changed." Nothing was lost, but the page can't be edited visually.
How we hit it: a Dot revised a page that contained a GFM comparison table (with padded | --- | separators) and a [ ] checklist line, then saved it via the review card. A similar page saved earlier (unpadded table) opened in the visual editor.
Suggestion: normalise agent Markdown to the editor's supported syntax before saving, or tell the model which syntax is supported.
