Cooper ran a recent informal poll, and somehow whatever she set made the number of eligible votes 0. People can still vote. I'm not sure how votes are or aren't restricted (eg: if an alumni could vote on this), but either there should be no mention of the number of eligible votes on a poll with no quorum, or the total number of active members should be listed instead.
