从主要项目表单开始，追踪其上传图像的显示和提交方式。添加一个 X 控件，在提交前移除或替换选中的图像，然后验证表单不再提交已移除的图像。

由索引模型根据 Issue 内容生成。

Problem:
There's no way to delete or replace an uploaded image. It stays attached with no remove/clear option.

Solution:
An "X" button should let the user delete the uploaded image before submitting.
