描述
In order to get nethack west players to show up on the bingeboard, we'll need to transport multicast messages to & from CSHnet.
One way this could be accomplished is via L2TP, and giving the nethack west server a CSH IP address. Changes to nethack will be necessary to specify a specific address to bind to when multicasting. Changes to implement this feature could also be used to close #9.
