描述
For certain power users, it might be beneficial to have an option to delete all existing charts on an instance, as deleting them one by one can be slow.
We could add a red "Delete All" button on the right of the "Add New" button, with some separation in-between (maybe just a | ).
This button would open a prompt that says:
"This will delete ALL your charts and tables, this action is permanent and irreversible. If you are certain you wish to do so, please write down "DELETE" below."

Hitting OK will only work if DELETE was entered in the box.
