I want to assign a course to an organisation
so that I can track which courses are managed by which organisations.

Acceptance Criteria
- When I go to the Add Organisation form, I see a field to select an organisation.
- When I save the Add Organisation form without selecting an organisation, I see an error message saying that I must select an organisation.
- When I go to the Edit Organisation form, I see a field to select an organisation.
- When I save the Edit Organisation form without selecting an organisation, I see an error message saying that I must select an organisation.
- When I view the list of courses, I see them grouped by which organisation they are assigned to.
