Related to #552.
builder-api/.../model/domain/ResultDetail.java has info and appLink fields left over from an earlier attempt at results call-to-action (#65, #104). Nothing reads or writes them. Remove them, or the whole class if it's unused, so they don't get confused with the new next-steps model.
