描述
src/LageBuch.App.Shared/Views/ScbaView.axaml is the Atemschutzüberwachung tab.
Its five state-transition buttons carry no tooltip at all — the whole 231-line
file has exactly one ToolTip.Tip, and that one is on a different element.
The buttons, around lines 213 to 221:

Two of them read DRUCK and do the same thing, but they appear in different
trupp states, so from the user's side they are not interchangeable. This is a
screen someone operates under time pressure during a real Einsatz, and a
mislabelled press has consequences.
What to do
Add a ToolTip.Tip to each of the five, in German, saying what the button does
to the Trupp and when it applies. The two DRUCK buttons should get tooltips
that distinguish the state they belong to rather than identical text.
Copy the style from src/LageBuch.App.Shared/Views/MasterDataEditorView.axaml,
which uses short imperative German tooltips throughout.
Wording matters more than code here. If you are a firefighter rather than a
developer, this is a good issue to take: propose the wording in a comment first
and someone can help with the XAML.

Open an incident, go to the Atemschutz tab, register a Trupp and hover the
action buttons in each state.
